About the project
The development site covers approximately 6.7 hectares, located just behind the Bosnyák Square Market Hall. Zenit Corso is set to become a new gathering place for families in the area — a vibrant destination where daily shopping needs are met alongside leisure and recreational opportunities for both adults and children.
Zenit Corso will feature a modern shopping center and pedestrian promenade, creating a welcoming community space. The project also includes 530 parking spaces to serve the commercial units, ensuring convenient access for visitors and customers.
